Hi there,

I work primarily with resourceful women who’ve learned to make life work - often at a cost to their own energy, health, or joy.

I also support men and families navigating similar patterns of internal load and nervous-system strain.

Those who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed — yet quietly carrying more than their systems were meant to hold.

For many years, I was the woman who could make things work.

I was: Capable. Committed. Carrying responsibility well.

From the outside, life looked fine.
Inside, my system was holding more strain than it was designed to sustain.

What I believed was a random disc injury eventually stopped me in my tracks.

I could no longer keep functioning the way I had been.

At first, I assumed I needed to fix the injury and try harder to recover.

What I eventually understood was different. My system wasn’t failing - it was overloaded.

I also grew up in a life shaped by faith, service, and a wider view of the world.

My childhood was spent on the largest non-governmental hospital ship, with Mercy Ships.

Following my parents’ mission-driven work across cultures and conditions was very different from Western culture norms. From an early age, I learned that there are many ways to live, heal, and understand what shapes life.

That experience instilled both depth and openness - and a trust that guidance and direction can emerge in personal yet unexpected ways beyond conventional systems.

Today, I help women restore capacity by releasing the hidden load their systems have been carrying.

This work is gentle, precise, and individualized.

We listen first - then support what your system is ready to release and restore.

As coherence returns, women notice energy stabilizing, clarity returning, and life feeling less effortful.

And not because they pushed harder, but because their systems no longer have to compensate.

If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to connect.
